Mayflower Society Scholarship Information
The General Society of Mayflower Descendants (GSMD) offers four scholarships ($6000, $5000, $4000, $2400) to graduating high school seniors who will be attending a four-year college or two-year community college. Applicant, parent, grandparent, or great grandparent must be an active GSMD member. Special consideration will be given to applicants who have demonstrated a commitment to bettering themselves.

GSMD offers two $1500 Thanksgiving Day Awards through the Massachusetts Society of Mayflower Descendants (MSMD) in recognition of the Wampanoag Nation's assistance to our Pilgrim ancestors. Applicant must be an active member in the Wampanoag tribe, and a graduating high school senior who will be attending an accredited non-profit college or university in the United States.

Qualified* high school seniors can compete for four awards each year ($5500, $3500, $2500, and $1000) by submitting:

- Academic Recommendation Letter
