The Mayflower Society

The General Society of Mayflower Descendants (GSMD) offers five scholarships ($4250, $3750, $3750, $3250, and $3000). Graduating high school seniors who will be attending a four-year college or two-year community college can apply online by following instructions and submitting:

  • Instructions and Application
  • Mayflower Essay
  • High school transcript
  • Letters of Recommendation from teachers, or community
  • Character Reference Form
  • Academic Recommendation Form
  • Active GSMD membership number of applicant,
    parent, grandparent, or great grandparent of the applicant
